In 1952, a survey of the situation concerned about the delay of the work was conducted by Elyseu Paglioli, and it was decided to hire a new team and redefining the project. With substantial changes in the original plan was presented a detailed study in 1958, by the firm Companhia de Planejamentos Técnicos FOMISA, under the direction of architects Oscar Valdetaro and Roberto Nadalutti. Despite the changes in the original plan, which were designed by two important architects dealing with health architecture in Brazil - Oscar Valdetaro and Roberto Nadalutti, the shape and conception of the building shows the skills of the former author. 4. 2 social evaluation: A milestone for the history of architecture and for the history of health care, combined with the integration of medical education and research 4. 3 cultural and aesthetic evaluation: A fine example of the monobloc type and hospital architecture developed in Brazil.
