DocumentRepositoryMIA provides a critical link of access between business document management systems and mobile users. Whether through the Fuji Xerox Document Management System or other document management systems available in the market, users are able to share, store and access documents securely, anywhere.

DigitalDeskBrowse, search and locate all of user’s stored documents either in personal or public folders. Application provides for 5 types of spaces: User Space, Search Space, Local Space, Network Space and Photo Space. Drag and drop function allows documents to be transferred easily and intuitively from space to space.

DocumentViewerAndEditorUsers are able to view and edit both documents and images, with multiple image files support. Flexible editing tools include: freehand annotation, underline, highlight and strikethrough for advanced editing features wherever you are. MIA also allows users to stack documents, rotate and swop page order for greater document management and information presentation.

PrintAndScanPrint parameters, such as number of copies and colour mode, may be set through MIA and the settings may be previewed from a preview screen before being sent to print. MIA then sends the print job directly to a selected multifunction device by specifying the IP address. Scanned documents and data from a multifunction device may also be sent directly to MIA for immediate storage, viewing and editing.
