Product Presentation

The fusible link FTH72 automatically unlatches the fire damper blade. When the temperature in the duct rises above 72°C, the fusible link melts. This causes an armed internal torsion spring to unwind and thereby releases the damper blade into its safety position (=closed). List of Parts

Manual rearmation: Use the enclosed hex key and turn clockwise (2). Manual unlocking: Use the unlocking button (1) Automatic unlocking: When the fusible link melts at 72°C

If the product is manipulated in any other way than described in this manual, Rf-Technologies will decline any responsibility and the guarantee will immediately expire!

1. Disconnect signalisation cables. 2. Unlock the mechanism.

3. Remove three bolts M6. 4. Remove the mechanism.

5. Remove the fusible link.

8. Fix the mechanism on the damper tunnel with three bolts M6. Use the lower holes in the tunnel.

9. Connect the end of range switch.10. Test the functioning of the mechanism. 11. Apply the yellow label 'KIT' and fill out the infor-mation.

6. Fix the fusible link with 2 screws and lock washers.

7. Mount the mechanism on the damper. Make sure the guiding arm is fitted in the transmission arm.
