PROVISIONAL SELECT LIST

In pursuance to the Notification dated: 27.02.2020 cited at reference, the recruitment processto fill up 54 posts of Scientific Officer (NHK & HK) in Forensic Science Laboratory and RegionalForensic Science Laboratories was initiated by adhering all the procedures laid down in the Cadre andRecruitment Rules. The meeting was conducted on 02.02.2018 and it was decided to conduct thewritten examination of two papers i.e., paper-I as General Paper and paper-2 as Specific Paper forScientific officers posts. As per the decision the written examination was conducted from 06 .»10.2020to 09.10.2020 to all the eligible candidates.

2. Whereas, as per the procedures laid down in "the Karnataka State (Forensic ScienceLaboratory Services) (Recruitment) Rules, 2017" after completing the above said process, provisionalselect list in the order of merit of candidates equal to the number of vacancies notified should bepublished. Accordingly, the provisional select list is prepared and is as follows:

a) This list is subject to the verification of relevant documents like proof of Age,Educational Qualification, Selection Category / Group, Community/Caste. RuralCertificate, Eligibility Certificate, Experience Certificate, Physically Disabled Certificate,Equivalent Qualification etc. issued by the Competent Authorities and verification ofCharacter & Antecedents of the candidates. .

b) The fact that the name of the candidates figures in this list does not give them any legalright for appointment to the post which will be dependent on the aforesaid Rules andcond itions.

c) This select list is subject to the final decision of the Hon'ble Karnataka StateAdministrative Tribunal / Hon'ble High Court of Karnataka / Honble Supreme Court ofIndia.
