Assembly Instructions

Important: Once assembled, please ensure before use thatall screws have been installed correctly and tightened forsafety and stability.

Step 4Position the pedal plate into the frame and add the screwsaccording to your preferred position. Note. To adjust thepedal angle simply loosen the screws by around 2mm, re-position then tighten.

Step 1Please use the inner hexagon spanner to remove the 4screws from the FS3 base.

Step 2Adjust the lower upright arms to your preferred anglethen re-insert the screws and tighten. This can beadjusted later for added comfort.

Step 3Use the inner spanner to remove the 4 screws from thepedal plate.

Step 5Attach the Trak Racer branded center inserts of theframe to the lower upright arms at the front with the holesfacing inwards as below.

Step 10To mount the shift mount to the left or right side, removethe 4 screws screws from the frame on your preferred side.

Step 9Adjust the wheel mount to the preferred height and positionby adding 2 screws back into the frame then tighten. Usethe inner hexagon spanner to affix 8 screws from the rear ofthe stand. Place the wheel support bracket onto the front ofthe stand and add the 8 nuts and tighten. Adjust the angleand slide to your preferred location.

Step 11Position the shift mount, insert screws and tighten usingthe 4 screws that were removed in Step 10.

Step 7Position and affix the top part of the frame to the lowerlegs of Step 5 and Step 6. There are two holes with pre-installed screws in the center of the top frame whichshould face to the rear of the stand. Adjust the stand toyour preferred height and tighten the screws to lock theheight.

Step 6Use the inner hexagon spanner to remove the 2 screwsfrom the rear legs. Adjust to your preferred angle andtighten the screws. Insert the rear legs into the non-TrakRacer center inserts then add screws.

Step 8Use the inner hexagon spanner to remove the 2 screwsfrom the center of top frame. These screws are used toadjust the wheel mount height.
