FRO.ZEN.YO OPENS THREE NEW FRANCHISE LOCATIONS

The new stores are located in the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia

WASHINGTON, DC – Fro.Zen.Yo has recently opened three new locations in the DC Metro area bringing the total number of stores to fifteen with thirty-five franchises under contract for future development.

The first of the new locations opened in the Rosslyn neighborhood of Arlington, VA at 1735 N. Lynn Street. It is operated by franchisees Gary Bobcek and Aviel Halioua. Gary brings 20 years of retail experience to the table with national brands including Starbucks and Apple. “We are excited to bring Fro.Zen.Yo to Rosslyn. Our customers have commented on how convenient our location is to their offices and the Rosslyn Metro. With 16 frozen yogurt flavors and Zombie Coffee, we hope to give them plenty of reasons to come back.” said Gary.

The second of the new locations opened in DC’s Chinatown neighborhood at 712 7th Street, NW. This location is close to the Chinatown/Gallery Place Metro and across the street from Verizon Center. With heavy pedestrian traffic on 7th Street, Fro.Zen.Yo expects this to be among the busiest of all locations in the chain and has staffed it accordingly.

The third and most recent opening took place last week in the Takoma Park neighborhood at 1137-B University Blvd East in Montgomery County, MD. It is operated by franchisee Woundim Demissie, who also operates 7-11 franchises in the area. “We have received a very positive reception in the first few days since we’ve opened. Our customers love the wide variety of flavors and seemingly limitless choice of toppings. We are very happy to be a part of the Takoma Park community.” said Woundim.
