BRRRR! , Calling all snow people, winter creatures, and a couple of princesses. Join us for a Snow

Covered Fall Rally as we celebrate the 2018 contest winners at Frozen Winter Wonderland. So get out

your best winter wonderland attire as we celebrate the winners and create memories that will inspire you.

Your preparations for the Frozen Winter Wonderland will begin On Monday April 30th and continue

until Friday August 3rd. If you have to take a week off due to 4th of July the extra week is the August 7th.

Unless otherwise stated these are the dates for all Fall Rally contests. Packets will be due by Saturday

August 11th.

Snow people that are dedicated to freezing off the bulge, and fighting the outside elements are encouraged

to attend their Snow Family meetings to strategize their plan of attack. Those that survive the elements

and magic trolls will be recognized by the Snow Queen.

Admission to Frozen Winter Wonderland is $25.00 per snow person.

Each Snow Family (chapter) will provide a $15.00 gift check.

Frozen Winter Wonderland Forms will be sent in July to the leader.

If you choose to accept the Snow Queen’s challenge, the snow plan is as follows:

1. Olaf (chapter best loser) *Five (5) pound minimum loss required

2. New Fallen Snow (new members) *must have joined during the 13 weeks of contest

3. Sven (KOPS At or Below Goal) * Must weigh in a minimum of six (6) times

4. Snow Leopard (New & Reinstated KOPS)

5. Penguins (Officers Challenge) * Five (5) pound minimum loss required for TOPS officers, KOPS

officers must weigh in a minimum of six (6) times and be at or below goal.

6. Snow Balls(Chapter Challenge) list of challenger at end of letter

7. Polar Bears (Division Contest)

8. **Seals (No Gain Contest) New Contest**

9. The Ice Castle (TOPSY, traveling trophy challenge)

10. Please remember to mail back your pledge forms with your packets

11. Pledge to fight the bulge (40 pound chapter pledge at Rally last year)

Name Badges: Each Snow Family makes a name badge for their members and one for judging Centerpiece: Each Snow Family makes one centerpiece, the centerpiece must have chapter name and

number on it

Costume: Dress in a costume relating to this year’s theme

The Snow Queen is having a raffle this year. We are offering each Snow Family the opportunity to be

part of the Frozen Winter Wonderland by Volunteering to donate a basket.

We are offering every one of our Snow People the opportunity to WIN a FREE retreat up to $150. Take yourself to the next level. ***Forms are required to be mailed to receive this award Here’s how Snow Families can earn a chance to win this raffle: Host a Snow Castle (Open House) 1 raffle ticket per snow person in your snow family for each snow castle (must provide proof of ad) Sign up a new snow person (New Member) For every new snow person that joins the snow family during the 13 week blizzard, each snow person in your snow family will receive 1 raffle ticket. If the New snow person was accompanied by a current snow person, they will receive a bonus raffle ticket Achieve a Snow Family Net Loss: Any Snow Family that achieves a net loss during the 13 week blizzard will receive 1 raffle ticket for each snow family member. Individual Snow Person Achievements: Any Snow person (TOPS) that had a net loss for the 13 week Adventure will receive 1 raffle ticket. Any Sven (KOPS) who are within leeway during the entire 13 week Adventure will receive 1 raffle ticket. Any Snow Person who attends the following:

– 1 ticket per walk – 2 ticket per workshop

– 5 tickets – 10 Tickets – 15 tickets
