Ook zorgbehoevende mensen maken we liever niet van dichtbij mee: als Vlamingen zelf hun buren kiezen, dan zullen dat geen gehandicapten zijn. Mentaal gehandicapten hangen helemaal onderaan die lijst, net erboven staan fysiek gehandicapten zoals blinden, en zorg-behoevenden zoals bejaarden.
