The file is quite large (50 MB), so it will take some time to download. The link does not include the Appendices that were included with the CD copy. Three CDs were sent to Ron Simpson, three to Pete Ciesla, and one to Ralph Thompson. All CD copies should have been delivered by now (D.C. on Monday morning). Appendix K contains airport-related materials. Thanks for todays discussion, on the distribution of the Final EIS. If its possible to load the EIS to an FTP website for download and review, can you respond to all parties on this email. Based on Faiths distribution, the local FAA offices would not have a chance to review the final document and provide any comments by May 10, 2010.

Hi all,

I received a call this afternoon from Faith Miyamoto from the City and County of Honolulu to let me know that they are sending us CD's containing the latest updated version of the preliminary Final EIS for the transit rail project. CD's are being sent to the HNL-ADO (Ron Simpson), and overnight delivery to the Western-Pacific Region (Pete Ciesla) and to HQ (Ralph Thompson). Faith requested that FAA review comments be provided by close of business on May 10.

Steve Wong at the ADO, and Joseph Manalili and I will be reviewing at the Regional Office. Ralph not sure who at HQ you'll have review the document. I'll consolidate our comments and will ask the reviewers to send me their comments using the attached table for comments.

The CD's are also being sent to the other Cooperating Agencies (FHWA, US Navy, US Army and HDOT-A) for their review by the same May 10 deadline.
