Please note that there is 24 hour Station#4 at fenced basketball court south of Main Street & Center Dr. [toward Hickam AFB in non-Makalapa housing area]. Station#5 is short term monitoring at Ball Field [non-housing area] east of Holy Family Church/School.

Lawrence, At a late afternoon Meeting today with Forest City, Navy Housing, NAVFACPAC Representatives & myself, your request to conduct noise monitoring at identified Sites is approved for 17Mar-19Mar 2009 window. 2 week Notices will sent to affected Navy/Marine residents for requested dates. Please specify dates beyond window if needed for access. I will coordinate with you for base passes when doing 3 of 5 sites in Makalapa.

Vanessa, Sandra & Jared, Per my separate conversations with Lawrence/Parsons Brinckerhoff(AE) & Vanessa/Forest City, request a window of 17Mar[Tues]-19Mar[Thurs] to conduct subject noise monitoring surveys at 5 previously identified sites. These dates would fit in AE Team schedule and hopefully allow Forest City to issue their 10 day notice to affected housing residents. Request you consideration and feedback.
