Then Joshua rose early in the morning; and

they set out from Acacia Grove and came to the

Jordan, he and all the children of Israel, and

lodged there before they crossed over.

How shall we escape if we neglect so great a

salvation, which at first began to be spoken by the

Lord, and was confirmed to us by those who heard

Him, God also bearing witness both with signs

and wonders, with various miracles, and gifts of

the Holy Spirit…(Jos.3:1; Heb.2:3-4)

fter hearing the words of Rahab and

Athe two spies, Israel set out to cross

the Jordan. Crossing the Jordan is

one of the most remarkable miracles of the Bible.

From this miracle, the Holy Spirit wants to

challenge you to step into the miracle realm and

ministry.

Old Covenant miracles: Under the Old

Covenant, God did special and unusual miracles

in the lives of His people. Everything He did for

His Old Covenant saints were continuous

miracles. He delivered them miraculously. He

MIRACLES IN CHRIST protected them miraculously (Ac.7:36; Ex.3:20-

22). He provided their needs miraculously(Ex.16).

He fought their battles and judged His enemies

miraculously (Ex.Ch.14,17). He raised up His

servants and did exploits miraculously (Ex. Ch.

3,7). He guided them miraculously (Ex.13:21,22).

He gave His laws and statues miraculously (Ex.

Ch.19,20). e He changed the course of nature

miraculously - sun and moon stopped, hailstone

judged the enemies, the Red Sea and the Jordan

opened up, Manna from heaven, multiplication of

food, water from the rock, insects, snakes - all are

miraculous, wow! How many miracles! If people

under the Old Covenant could do and experience

such mighty miracles, how much more should we

who live under a better covenant experience

(Heb.8:6)

Jesus and apostles miracle: Our Lord Jesus

Christ gloriously inaugurated the miracle ministry

in the New Testament (Jn.2:11). Every moment of

Jesus Christ was a miracle. In three years, He did

so many miracles that if all were recorded, the

entire world could not contain the books about

them (Jn.21:25)Through the hands of the apostles

THE SPIRIT OF GOD TRANSFORMS

God did great and mighty miracles (Ac.2:43;

5:12)

New Covenant miracles: Life in Christ is

from beginning to end a life of miracles. Salvation

is nothing but a miracle. Our dead spirit was

literally resurrected through the seed of God, the

Word (Eph.2:1-3). It is an invisible miracle. We

who were under the power of darkness were

delivered and transferred into the Kingdom of His

Son Jesus Christ (Col.1:13). We came from death

to life, from the kingdom of darkness into the

Kingdom of light, from satan to God (Ac.26:18).

Truly, your great salvation is the greatest miracle

in the spirit realm (Heb.2:3-4).

The baptism of the Holy Spirit is another

great miracle. The very Creator of heaven and

earth comes to dwell in His little creature, the new

creation. It opens the flood gates of supernatural

power (Jn.14:16-21). Whenever the Spirit of God

manifested through His people, prophetic

utterances and mighty miracles happened

(Gal.3:5). When Jesus was baptized in the river

Jordan, the heavens opened and His spiritual eyes

and ears were also opened (Jn.3:16-17). The same

Holy Spirit that was upon the Lord Jesus Christ is

resting upon you now. All the fountains of heaven

Our baptism in water is also a miracle. Our

dead old man is buried with Christ in baptism.

Crossing the Jordan symbolizes our water

baptism. As the Israelites came out of the Jordan

into the Promised Land, we were resurrected with

Christ and became a new man to walk in newness

of life (Ro.6:1-10).

Beloved, now you can live a life of miracles all

the days of your life. You can cast out demons, heal

the sick, raise the dead, save people from hell and

bring them on their way to heaven, multiply bread,

bring judgmental miracles, control the nature just

like your Jesus (Mt.10:7-8; Ac.13:8-12). He

Himself said that you would do what He did and

even greater things than that (Jn.14:12). Wow!

Really, life in Christ is a life of wonders, signs and

miracles.

Thank You, Lord, I am for signs and wonders

in this world from the Lord of hosts who dwells in

me. I believe in You, and I will do the works You

did, and greater works than those You did,

because I am in Christ.

NEED FOR MIRACLES IN CHRIST

And Joshua said, “By this you shall know that

the living God is among you, and that He will

without fail drive out from before you the

Canaanites and the Hittites and the Hivites and the

Perizzites and the Girgashites and the Amorites

and the Jebusites” .

are within you, releasing the rivers of living waters

in you (Jn.7:37-39; Ps.87:7).

This beginning of signs Jesus did in Cana of

Galilee, and manifested His glory; and His

disciples believedin Him (Jos.3:10; Jn.2:11)

From the miracle of the Jordan-

crossing we can derive many reasons

why we should covet miracles. Life in

Christ is a life of miracles and supernatural



Miracles prove His presence in us: The very

purpose of God’s indwelling presence in you is to

manifest His power and wisdom to the world.

God’s purpose in dividing the river Jordan was to

prove His presence among His people. Joshua

said, “By this you shall know that the living God is

among you…” (Jos.3:10).

The miracles of Jesus proved His Father’s

indwelling in Him. He Himself said to Philip, “Do

you not believe that I am in the Father, and the

Father in Me? ... Believe Me that I am in the Father

and the Father in Me, or else believe Me for the

sake of the works themselves” (Jn.14:10a, 11).

You are in no way different from Jesus. The

Trinitarian God has made you His home

(Jn.14:23).

experiences. God desperately desires to show His

supernatural power to the heathen world and even

to His own people (Rom.15:18-21; Jn.2:11). The

Bible is our miracle manual. When there were no

miracles, even His own people backslid and the

enemies prevailed against them.

Christ in you is the hope of glory. He is the

Miracles exalt and make us great: Another

reason for God to dry up the river Jordan was to

exalt His servant Joshua before all the people of

God. On that day the LORD exalted Joshua in the

sight of all Israel; and they feared him, as they had

feared Moses, all the days of his life (Jos.3:7;

4:14). Miracles are God’s credentials for His

believers and His ministers. God has great

ambitions concerning you. He wants to exalt you

and make you high above all others (Jn.12:26). If

He has called you as a leader for any group, He

wants to prove your leadership to your people

through signs and wonders. Seeing the miracles,

the people will recognize you, honor you and obey

you all the days of your life. When the Red Sea was

opened, the Israelites saw the great work of the

Lord and feared the Lord and His servant Moses

same yesterday, today and forever (Heb.13:8).

Make sure that Christ is not imprisoned in you.

Give Him freedom to show His miracle power to

win this world. The Holy Spirit, the Author of all

miracles, is desperate to manifest all His gifts

through you (Gal.3:3,5; 1.Co.12:7-11).

Gospel way for you to reach this world.

Thank You, Lord, the manifestation of Your

Spirit is given to me for the profit of all... the

word of wisdom through the Spirit... the word of

knowledge... faith... gifts of healings... the

working of miracles... prophecy... discerning of

spirits... different kinds of tongues... the

interpretation of tongues, because I am in

Christ.


(Ex.14:31). When the Church of God begins to

manifest the miracle power of God, the world will

highly esteem and fear the Church (Ac.5:12-13).

The reason the Church is despised and ignored by

the heathen world is the lack of miracles.

Beloved, in Christ, miracles are God’s sign

board for all His believers. Jesus enumerated at

least five signs of a believer, like healing the sick,

casting out demons, etc (Mk.16:17-18). Imagine a

new believer beginning to manifest these signs

and wonders. What will happen to the world! If

you start manifesting these signs, the world will

come to you in search of their miracles. This is the

TDear Berachah family, I would like to share a powerful testimony. We attended one month School

of the Holy Spirit at Telangana in this month of May. After the school, God used us for the first time

to heal cancer. As we were praying for couple of days the tumors on the person’s neck got melted

and he got healed completely. The man who got healed is of another belief and influential person in

that village. He accepted Jesus and confessing that Jesus only healed him to everyone. Praising

TPraise the Lord! I am pastoring a church for past one year. I was praying to God to take me for

ministerial training program. Wonderfully God brought us to Berachah. We are greatly blessed to

attend the School of the Holy Spirit at Telangana. Our life changed completely after the school. I

was suffering from passing stool with blood, God healed me completely from this. And while we

were in the school itself God opened the doors miraculously to construct the church building which

was pending for one year. For the first time in my life, I was filled with unspeakable joy, and

laughed uncontrolably. Our life completely changed after the school. After the school, God is using

me and my wife in deliverance and healing ministry. We thank God for His grace and mercy. We

B. God is not constantly changing. He is always the same.

C. Malachi 3:6 – For I am the Lord, I change Not…. (KJV)

E. There has been no shift change. You are not dealing with an employee but with THE OWNER.

I. God always begins a relationship (with a person or with a nation) by revealing His Name, (just as we do), which in turn reveals His Nature and His Attitude toward them. Exodus. 3:13-14 – 13. And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say unto me, what is his name? What shall I say unto them? 14. And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shall thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (KJV)

1. Jesus said in Matthew 5:17-19 – 17. Think not that I have come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I have not come to destroy, but to fulfill. 18. For verily I say unto you, till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. 19. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. III. The divine order or procedure of revelation or the revealing of things to man, has, is, and

always will be, line upon line, precept upon precept, here a little, there a little.

A. Isaiah. 28: 9-10 – 9. Whom shall he teach knowledge? And whom shall he make to understand doctrine? Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. 10. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, here a little, there a little: (KJV)

II. God’s name is “I AM” – This signifies the truth that God is the God who always IS. He is not the God Who Was, or the God Who Shall Be, He is the God Who Is.

A. God is always NOW, which is why faith is always Now (Hebrews 11:1) (If it’s not now, it’s not faith it’s hope)

2. Each new bit of information we get from The Word of God should be added to our understanding to allow us a clearer picture of the God we serve.

D. We are still dealing with the same God today that Abraham dealt with.

B. The divine procedure is to reveal truth little by little. Thus giving man the time and opportunity to grow into the knowledge he is gaining. The important thing to remember is that each successive revelation builds upon the previous revelation rather than destroying it to start over.

The Bible shows us different kinds of angels.

Highest in authority are the archangels. There are

also cherubim, seraphim, living creatures and

ministering spirits. All of these powerful beings

are revolving around God and His Throne,

ministering to Him, covering and carrying Him.

As we study together God’s description of

His mighty ministers, keep in mind that today, you

have become His temple and His holy habitation

(1.Co.3:16; 6:19; 2.Co.6:16).

This mighty, holy God has made His home in

you, His New Creation (Jn.14:23). Will not these

same powerful spirit beings keep ministering to

the risen Christ, the Second Person of the Trinity?

Will they not keep ministering even to Christ in

you, the hope of glory (Col.1:27)?

Archangel

In the Bible, we see three angels in this

highest category and authority. From the visions

describing them, they seem to look like humans

Gabriel - God’s messenger angel (Da.8:16;

9:21; 11:1; Lk.1:19,26)

Michael - God’s warrior angel (Da.10:13,21;

12:1; Jude 1:9)

and appear to have no wings. Remember, Gabriel

was “caused to fly swiftly”. He didn't fly on his

own (Da.9:21).

These archangels are:

Lucifer - the anointed, covering cherub who

rebelled and lost his position (Eze.28:14-18)

Michael

Michael is called “one of the chief princes”,

“your prince” and “the great prince who stands

watch over the sons of your people” (Da.10:13,21;

12:1). Yet even in Old Testament times he helped

Gabriel against “the kings of Persia”.

Michael’s sphere of influence and authority is

truly gigantic, especially in the final battle for

humanity:

The troops are said to be for surveillance and for protecting American forces who are already stationed in the region..

]The tech giant Facebook and a group of 27 partners have introduced a cryptocurrency that they hope will become the basis for an alternative financial system in the world. Facebook has secretly been working on the cryptocurrency, called Libra, for more than a year. It claims that, unlike the other cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Libra would be directly backed by government currencies.

Covenant and tell him the future of nations, will

he not tell you, God's New Creation (Da.10:12;

2.Co.5:17)? If he could visit a young virgin girl

and tell her the role she would play in the salvation

of humanity, will he not tell you your ministry,

God’s darling child (Lk.1:30-38; 1.Jn.3:1)?

16 For the Lord Himself will descend

from heaven with a shout, with the voice

of an archangel, and with the trumpet

of God. And the dead in Christ will rise

first (1.Thes.4:16)

Scholars consider this archangel to be

Gabriel, God’s messenger angel who announces

good news. The Lord’s voice together with the

archangel’s voice and God’s trumpet make the

dead in Christ to rise. Could this mighty archangel

Gabriel who stands in the Presence of God also be

active in the ministry Jesus commended to us as

His disciples, the ministry of raising the dead

(Lk.1:19; Mt.10:7-8)?

Well, and Lucifer… we have already studied

his sad and pathetic case. Will he grace us with his

visit? Well, he may if we become too dangerous

for him and his already defeated kingdom. Do we

need to fear him? Not if we give no place to the

devil (Eph.4:27). Not if we remember Jesus has

already given us authority over him and all his

works (Lk.10:19). Not if we apply the Blood of the

Lamb, the word of our testimony and a lifestyle of

martyrdom (Rev.12:11).

and his angels fought with the dragon;

and ,the dragon and his angels fought

Could this glorious archangel also be

involved in warfare not only over nations, but

even in confrontations with demonic principali-

ties over nations when they manifest though

Wow! What a power, what an authority! As

one of the chief princes, Michael leads his army of

angels into a final victory over satan and his

demons. This warfare takes place in the

heavenlies.

human beings? Could he be sent to our help in

high-level deliverance cases of strong demonic

possession? Why not he come and help the angels

working with us as we obey Jesus’ command to

cast out demons and deliver the captives?

contending with the devil, when he disputed

about the body of Moses, dared not bring against

him a reviling accusation, but said, “The Lord

rebuke you!”

Gabriel is God’s messenger angel also the one

who “stood up to confirm and strengthen” King

Darius in his first year in office (Da.11:1).

Can there every be forgiveness and maybe

even salvation for satan? No way. He and his

cohorts have only one future:

41 Then He will also say to those on the

left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the

everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his

In Christ, you have been put in authority

over him and all his works (Eph.2:6).

You have been raised up and seated in the

heavenly places,
