I will be there... .and please let Faith (or whoever is managing this process) know that I will be representing the Association of Hawaiian Civic Clubs and its 0' ahu Council from now on, based on authorization from the Association and 0' ahu Council presidents.

I believe the Association is listed as a consulted party; perhaps you may wish to add the 0' ahu Council, which is actually a sub-unit of the Association? Up to you...
