This E-Z-ON® Floor Mount is the perfect design that safely

restrains children with the E-Z-ON® Vest in family vehicles.

Passengers with emotional orbehavioral disorders cannot

stay in a typical restraint andneed a secure system that

will protect them.

The E-Z-ON® Floor Mount usedwith the E-Z-ON® Vest createsa safe and secure restraint thatexceeds a typical seat belt or 5 pt. car seat.

Children who unbuckle theircar seats or seat belts canendanger themselves anddistract the driver.

Tether Mount. Unless noted,vehicle anchorscan secure theE-Z-ON®

Tether Mountwith passengersweighing 20-80 lbs.Locate your vehicleanchor. ‘99 vehicle modelsand newer have factoryinstalled tether anchors.

Adjust the tether length bypulling the web end through the

tilt-lock adjuster. Lift the tiltlock to create slack in thewebbing. The vest shouldfit the passenger snug and

the tether adjustedwithout slack.

Secure the 2 snaphooks to the vest atthe passenger’sshoulders. Attachthe single tetherhook to the anchorbracket andadjust.

Lift up on tilt-lock to adjust tether

When your passenger exceeds yourtether anchor weight limit. It isnecessary to replace the factoryinstalled tether anchorwith your E-Z-ON®

hardware kit included.This kit is also forvehicles without afactory installed tetheranchor. This securespassengers upto 168 lbs.

E-Z-ON® Tether Mount must beused with a vehicle belt. Lap andshoulder belts can be used withthe Tether Mount with a locking

clip. See our accessoriespage. Securing the tether tothe metal slots on the vest

provides the upper bodysupport, without using the

Shoulder adjusters allowthe vest to grow with the child.Extremity belt securescasted or uncasted legs.

Fasten the buckles onthe vest and be surethe vest fits the childsnugly. Lay the child on theseat and thread two rear vehicleseat belts (children under 30” useone belt) through the sides of thevest and the leg belt.

Prescribed by medical professionals the E-Z-ON® ModifiedVest is designed to safely transport children with physicaldisabilities in a prone or supine position.
