Books, Toys & Clothes needed

Lisa Taylor, who spoke to us recently, is collecting

unwanted clothes and toys etc for the Children of the

Forest School in Madagascar.

Regina Kasongo and Jill v d Marwitz are collecting

any books to sell in order to raise funds for the Ithemba

Day Care Centre in Misionvale.

We also need donations of wool. Denise Pudney has

managed to source a donation of wool from Saprotex

International, East London. They will send it to us at no

charge as part of their charity giving programme.

However this wool will only be coming to PE in August,

so all donations in the meantime are appreciated.

If you can help with any of these things please bring

them to Rotary meetings for distribution.

June = Rotary Fellowships Month

June, being “Rotary Fellowships Month” is

designed by the RI Board to recognize the impor-

tance of international fellowship and good will

among Rotarians with similar recreational

interests, vocations, and health issues, and

to promote increased participation in fellowships

and increase understanding of this program.

Did you know there are almost 60 different

fellowships you can belong to? Among these are

fellowships for those who love caravanning, chess,

dolls, fishing, golf, Latin culture, tennis and wine!
