Join Lisa Adams, MD, M’90, Associate Dean for Global Health and Director of the Center for Health Equity at Geisel, for a discussion of the ways in which faculty and students are addressing health inequities domestically and internationally. From strengthening the health care systems of East Africa, to partnering with Native American communities in the U.S., to providing care to migrant farm workers in Vermont, Geisel faculty and students are empowering communities large and small to overcome the barriers to health and health care.

There will be special activities for the kids, including a visit and bird discussion by an aviary expert from the Vermont Institute of Natural Science (VINS). After lunch, enjoy a hike on one of the nearby trails or head off to other amusements and fun activities in the Upper Valley.

PASSION FOR SNOW DOCUMENTARY FILM2:30–3:30 pm, B03, Moore Hall

This Emmy-nominated documentary traces more than 100 years of ski history in the United States, focusing on the many contributions of Dartmouth College and its alumni to the formation, growth, and ongoing innovations in all aspects of snow sports. See original and vintage footage, much of it public for the first time.

Near the reunion dinner, your children age five or older will enjoy an evening of activities, games for all ages, and age-appropriate movies. A healthy dinner and snacks are also provided. Meet classmates at the Top of the Hop for cocktails preceding dinner at Alumni Hall. Spend the evening rekindling old friendships, networking with alumni in other classes, or comparing thoughts about the changes at Dartmouth.
