Chambers Friday News!

Boy Scout Troop 875 collected coffee for our

Troops.

The guys got their first shipment of the

"Coffee for Christmas" coffee and supplies

from the Chamber this week. They were

happy about it and wanted to say THANKYOU to everyone that donated. :)

(They had already consumed a good por-

tion of the shipment before they stopped

to take a photo. Who can blame them?

HaHa Enjoy it, guys!)

The chamber is still collecting coffee if you would like to

drop some off at the chambers office.

Thank you for the Coffee for the soldiers. We had

such a good response that we are asking your help in

getting it delivered to them by Christmas.It costs $14.00 to get a box mailed to them and we

need sponsors to help send it on its way.

The Herald-Leader is doing a fun fundraiser this Christmas for Communities inSchools, and I hope you will consider being a part of it.

All you have to do is provide us with a photo to use in our "Merry Christmas

From Our Families to Yours" section, along with $15 (checks made to CIS).

The photo can be Christmassy or not Christmassy, funny or serious, old or new,

of your pet, of you or your family, your kids, your grandkids....you name it!!!!!

The photos will be in the Dec. 12, 19 and 26 editions of The Herald-Leader. You

can email the photo to me (be sure to identify folks in the pic), or drop it with

a check off to us or CIS, mail it to The Herald-Leader at P.O. Box 40, or call they
