We Are Going to be Asking for Your Help!

Each teacher has taken on responsibility for a stall and

the success of that stall will depend on the help we

receive from you, our volunteer helpers. Lucky Bottles and

Show Bags hit the ground running at 3:30pm. Food stalls

get very busy from 5pm, Face Painting and Fairy Floss

rely heavily on helpers as they are busy all night. Face

painting always needs an extra hand and the clients are

very forgiving. A volunteer note will be heading your way

after the holidays. Please do YOUR bit to make this night

a great event.

Are you in business? Don’t go ‘bacon’ your heart over advertising costs!

Promote direct to the locals on the Noahs Thoroughbred Racing Piglet racing

course at Coolum Carnival with:

$100 sponsorship of a racing piglet. Name it yourself and display a poster at

your business. Make sure you and the kids are trackside when your piglet

races!

$400 sponsorship of a Piglet Race. Take the bragging rights for your very

own Derby, Golden Plate or Championship Cup. Five races – take your pick!

The last race is a Calcutta – the eight piglets will be

auctioned off and the winning piglet’s ‘owner’ will take home

half the kitty. Get ready now and organize a winning

syndicate!

Spectators can ‘bet’ on the first four races by purchasing a

$1 ticket – eight lucky numbers are drawn and the winning

piglet’s ticket-holder will take home a great prize.
