Each FRG will be provided a booth space at event (approximately 10 ft. by 10 ft.)
Groups may set up from 6-10am on November 6
All revenues from the day of the event will be the profit of your company In order to participate, the following items must be completed and returned to Angela Oakley by 4pm on October 15:
Please read carefully the preventive medicine general provision and supervision packets. Fill out a preventive medicine application and meet all of their requirements. http://www.crdamc.amedd.army.mil/default.asp?page=envirohealth
Submit a memorandum, which cannot be an on letterhead and cannot be signed by the commander requesting a fundraiser at Oktoberfest. Along with a copy of all food handling certificates and good booth permit. Submit these to Debbie Wiles at [email protected]
