Newness or novelty has been intriguing and fascinating to man since theNeanderthal times. Novelty for us is excitement and exuberance, surpriseand science, cheerfulness and joy, hope and happiness, boldness andbuoyancy, positiveness and passion.
Good Morning. Namaste. Vanakkam.

I was just wondering if life is like a game. Like those we have in ourphones. Just like these games are divided into different levels, our life hasdifferent stages. Each level has its own difficulties but crossing them iswhat makes us a veteran.
Going by this I would like to congratulate these new faces who havesuccessfully cleared their previous levels and stepped into this new world.
Before we further advance into the day I would like to request all of you toplease stand up for <prayer name>.
Every experience in your life is being orchestrated to teach you somethingyou need to know to move forward.
Dear juniors today or rather a month back you have started this newjourney along with this department which will take all of us forward.
Now I would like to request <name & designation> to formally welcomethe batch of <year>.

In his commencement address to Stanford University batch of 2005 SteveJobs had shared a small lesson from his career. Quoting his words...
"You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect themlooking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connectin your future. You have to trust in something — your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has madeall the difference in my life."
Now I would like to request <name & designation>, to share some of hismotivating experiences.
(Thank you)
