Report Categories

The reports are broken down into 3 main categories.

1.Finance Reports2.Invoice Reports3.Timesheet Reports

Finance ReportsYou are given these 5 finance reports.

1.Accounts Aging1. This shows you how much your customers owe you, and how far

outstanding these invoices are (0-30 days, 30-60 days, etc.)2.Expense Report

1. A simple breakdown of all of your expenses by category.3.Profit and Loss

1. Total income minus Cost of Goods Sold (you can select which expenses are COGS) and expenses gives you your profit or loss.

4.Tax Summary1. If you have to remit GST, this report tells you how much you took in,

paid out, and how much you need to remit.5.Payments Collected

1. A very simple report, showing you the history of payments you received from each customer.

Invoice ReportsYou are given these 9 invoice reports.

1.Invoice Details1. Full details on all invoices you sent out in a given time period.

2.Item Sales1. Total sales of each item in a given time period.

3.Tasks Invoiced1. Details on all the tasks (time and expenses can be assigned to tasks) that

you billed your customers for. 4.Snail Mail

1. A report of all the invoices that Freshbooks physically mailed out for you.5.Time To Pay

1. A handy report that tells you how quickly you received payments for invoices from each client.

Invoice ReportsYou are given these 9 invoice reports.

6. Revenue by Client1. Amount of revenue (earnings) generated by each client, broken down by

month.7. Revenue by Staff

1. If you have multiple employees, this shows how much revenue each one generated, broken down by month.

8. Recurring Revenue – Annual1. This report shows forecasted recurring revenue for each client in every

future calendar month for this year.9. Recurring Revenue – Detailed

1. This report shows forecasted recurring revenue for each client and recurring profile for every date of recurrence over the specified date range.

Timesheet ReportsYou are given these 4 timesheet reports.

1.Timesheet Details1. A detailed breakdown of every task you allocated time to, for a given

period of time.

2.User Summary1. This report summarizes all of the hours worked on a project for a

selection of team members and is grouped by user.

3.Task Summary1. This report summarizes all of the hours worked on a project for a

selection of tasks and is grouped by task.

4.Team Timesheets1. This report shows all of the team timesheet entries in a calendar

format.
