Can I view the Meeting Rooms at Ebdale Hub? Yes. Viewings of Ebdale Hub meeting rooms can be arranged on: Monday to Friday between 9am - 5pm.

How do I access Ebdale Hub? Entry is via Ebdale Street. Entry from Dandenong Road West down Ebdale Lane is strictly prohibited as Ebdale Lane is one way only. Once in the carpark walk down Ebdale Lane to the Main Entrance (automatic doors). Access to Ebdale Hub is strictly through the Main Entrance. Access is available:

Monday to Friday 8:45am - 5pm. Saturday 10am – 4pm. Outside of Business Hours access is available with an authorised swipe card

and an alarm code. Ebdale Hub is closed Public Holidays.

Please note: this is subject to change.

Bookings Outside Of Business Hours are possible and can be arranged with two business days’ notice. This is done via the complication and confirmation of a booking you will need to complete an Ebdale Hub Room Hire Application Form, before Ebdale Hub will organise a swipe card.

Is Ebdale Hub Accessible (Disability Friendly)? Ebdale Hub is an accessible venue with handrails and ramps.

Can I Smoke or Drink Alcohol? Alcohol and smoking is not permitted inside Ebdale Hub, including in the gardens, internal courtyard and within 20 metres of the main entrance of the building.

Ebdale Hub is an alcohol free venue.

Cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the cigarette butt bin once they are stubbed out (the cigarette butt bin is located past the main entrance at the edge of Ebdale Hub as you travel down Ebdale Lane if you are coming from the main carpark). Please refrain from throwing cigarettes into the garden.

Is Self-Catering permitted in all meeting rooms? Self-catering is possible in the Commercial Kitchen and the Lounge only. The Play Room is only available for the heating up of food. No cooking is to take place anywhere within Ebdale Hub without prior written permission. All Room Hirers may use The Lounge kitchen; as this space is a shared space. Individuals must clean up after themselves which includes washing and drying utensils, cleaning the kitchen area, placing all items away and placing all rubbish in the provided bins or in the outside skip. When Can I Organise Room Hire? You need to complete the Ebdale Hub Room Hire Application Form and submit to: [email protected] or hand in at Reception. Once a booking is accepted by Ebdale Hub, you will receive an email confirmation.

Meeting Room Hire at Ebdale Hub is available between 9am and 10pm, seven days a week.

Once a booking is confirmed, a swipe card and a provision of an alarm code will be allocated to the organisations facilitator(s), when the booking occurs outside of business hours. Multiple swipe cards can be issued.

Collection of the swipe card, alarm code and an induction is between strictly by appointment between: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and by prior appointment. Please allow 10 minutes while you are trained on using the alarm. You will be provided with an appointment time (between 9am - 5pm Monday

to Friday) to come in to collect your swipe card and be inducted. If you don’t attend or schedule another time you will NOT be an able to enter

the building.Set up / clean up time:When booking a meeting room, the booking must include time for set up and clean up; as Ebdale Hub allows back to back bookings.

What is included in Room Hire? All Meeting Rooms have: A Projector.

If you are using a projector you will need to Bring Your Own (BYO) laptop. Please note: that all of the projectors have both a HDMI and VGA port.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all of our meeting rooms (log on information is in each meeting room). Please have a backup plan; if the Wi-Fi is not working.

Heating and cooling. Whiteboard (including whiteboard markers and erasers). Tables and chairs (Additional tables and chairs may be available for all meeting

rooms, if prior arrangements are made). Tea, coffee, sugar, milo, milk, kettles, plastic and ceramic cups Microwave

How do I make Payment for my Room Hire? You will receive an invoice via email. Frankston City Council have payment options on our website (also see below). Otherwise customers can pay their accounts with our service team using a credit card (by calling 1300 322 322).
