french zucchini, carrot and goat's cheese pie

● You will need :
-1 dough
-500 g zucchinis
-3 carrots
-2 eggs
-1 tbsp cream fraîche
- 40 g of gruyere (grated cheese)
-salt
-pepper
-basil
-1 goat's cheese log
● Begin by peeling some carots and grating cheese.Peel some zucchinis, empty them, mix zucchinis and carrots .
● In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the cream fraîche and add one glass milk
● Start with Peel and cut the carrots and zucchini.Empty the zucchini and mix with carrots ,spread the mixture on the dough .In a bowl beat the eggs with a tablespoon of cream then put a glass of milk. Then salt and pepper. Leave the mixture to the vegetables. Then add a few pieces of goat .Bake 30 minutes at 180 °.
