Location The property is located in Cumbria approximately 2 miles south west of the village of Kirkbride and 5 miles north east of the town of Wigton. The area is ruralised and predominantly used for farming. On the west side of the property there is an unnamed river that runs into a wider marsh land and the Atlantic Ocean.
