Material

1 FreeFlow accepts material to the on-board EvoWash fines washing plant which effectively removes the -63 micron fraction and delivers two washed and dewatered products via integrated stockpile conveyors.

2 The waste water from the EvoWash is sent to the on-board AquaCycle thickener where the solids are separated from the water.

3 Water is recirculated while minimal waste is dewatered and stockpiled.
