Free Monthly Room Clean Terms & Conditions – Gallery Apartments

1. The Free monthly room clean incentive is open to students who book a room at Gallery

Apartments Student Accommodation, 2 Port Dundas Place, Glasgow, Lanarkshire, G2 3LD.

2. The Reward is for bookings for the 2018/2019 academic year only.

3. The Reward is subject to room availability and will be offered on a first come first serve

basis.

4. The reward is being offered by Henderson UK Property Unit Trust, C/o CRM Students

Limited, Gallery Apartments, 2 Port Dundas Place, GLASGOW G2 3LD

5. To be eligible for the Reward:

a. the Student must book their room before 08.09.18

b. the Student must have booked a room, paid their first rent instalment /or their rent in full

and moved in to the property for the 2018/2019 academic year

6. To claim the Reward:

a. students must visit Gallery Apartments reception

b. the student must have no rent arrears

8. The closing date of the Free monthly room clean incentive is 08.09.18. Applications received

outside of this time period will not be valid for the Reward.

9. Once the Accommodation Manager has verified eligibility, students will be notified by

21.10.18

10. This Reward is not to be used in conjunction with any other incentives offered by CRM or

any other third party booking agents such as international agents.

11. The incentive is being managed by CRM Students who reserves the right to suspend, cancel

or modify the incentive at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

12. CRM Student’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the incentive will be final and no

correspondence will be entered into.

13. Applicants shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
