“FreeFit Intaglio” – The Latest Innovation in LVT Flooring”

Throughout History, classic intaglio and cameo pressing techniques have been used to

provide a 3 Dimensional Visual to items such as jewelry, emblems, coins etc.. The

Greeks and Romans were particularly superior in utilizing these stamping techniques in

classic times. France became a renowned center for these techniques during the

renaissance and remained the dominant trend setter through the mid 1700’s.

Subsequently, England became the leader in design during the reign of Queen Victoria

(1837-1901). Even today, unique Intaglio hand-engraved plates are used to print paper

currency.

Today, Dave Reichwein CEO and Founder of FreeFit announced a new line of

commercial luxury vinyl flooring products that utilizes modern intaglio pressing

techniques to provide products with enhanced visual effects that employ the capabilities

of multi-level, multi angled, and multi texture designs found in classic intaglio and

cameo products.

Therefore, our new product line is appropriately called “FreeFit Intaglio”. Our unique

Patent Pending Intaglio design & embossing process creates unique visual effects that

provide a product with superior realistic textures and appearance in resilient luxury vinyl

tile and plank flooring. We utilize the most modern tooling and laser engraving

techniques in combination with a unique ultra-high pressure stamping process to create

products with classic intaglio decorative visuals. Each tile or plank is individually

processed giving it a uniqueness all its own.

One example is our new wood visual line. Not only does this line have realistic wood

hand scrapped visuals, but the realistic textures of knots and distresses found in natural

wood have been achieved. The final result is a truly natural looking product.
