The lease is located in the beginning of Frederiksberggade towards City Hall Square which is considered the “gateway” to Strøget. Though, the neighbourliness is mixed by midlevel brands, food & beverage concepts and souvenir shops, investors, developers and retailers are focused on this part of Strøget as an option for an upgrade and transformation following the successful completion of Købmagergade.

Recently JD Sports has opened their flagship store and Bestseller will soon follow.
