December 2018
Worthy President As the year comes to an end I like to reflect on the great
accomplishments we have attained. I am thankful for
the members that always volunteer and for those that
run a variety of committees. I hope that in the new year
we can increase the number of volunteers and continue
to grow as an organization. Also come buy some Queen
of Hearts tickets. The pot is now over $1,000.
Thank you,
Brent Collee, Worthy President
Brothers and Sisters,
I want to thank everyone for the cards and concerns
while dealing with my illness.
We need to support our Aerie. Don’t just come on dance
nights, but support all our
Other events.
Our volunteers work hard to serve you and make your
experience pleasant.
Please remember to be looking for someone who would
be a good candidate for our
Aerie membership.
I’m looking forward to seeing you at one of our meet-
ings every other Tuesday.
Jack LaBox

Christmas for our
Senior Kids at Windsor Sr Home
Please HELP!
Going on 6 years, we have given a Christmas Party
& gifting essentials to Seniors residing at the
Windsor home. Many Seniors have very little
income & usually no visitors. Near Christmas
we bring donated gifts and cheer to our
seniors……..but ……to do that, we need your help.
We are still in need of:
Deodorant, non-skid socks
Denture Cleaner, Denture Adhesive
Hand Towels, Lap Blankets,combs ,
$$ for purchases, and volunteers to help
Pack 50 Christmas bags. Most of these items can be purchased at the
dollar store
We also invite you to come join us for the
Christmas Party on Dec 18th @ 10:00am
At the Windsor Sr home on Cottage & D St.
This is a perfect time to enjoy
the true spirit of Christmas… “GIVING”
through either gifting and/or volunteering. Auxiliary Trustee – Carol Moreno
Worthy President We hosted the Northwest District Meeting on Sep-
tember 21 to September 23. It was a great success and I
received numerous compliments on the food and decora-
tions. We had a large number of volunteers that put in
quite a few hours to make it successful. I am very grate-
ful to the key volunteers that spend hours decorating,
preparing food, and registering fellow Eagles as they
travelled from Aeries all over the state. Without volun-
teers we would not be able to host events like this. The
Queen of Hearts was once again won by Ron Keuscher.
We have started game 5 now and we are as always hav-
ing our drawing on Sunday evening at 7:30 Tickets are
available any time from the bartender or a member of
the Queen of Hearts Committee. We have some fun
events for October to include wine tasting and a Hallow-
een party. Come out and enjoy an event or two.
Thank you,
