PRESENTATION DAY Franklin Public School’s Annual Presentation day was a celebration of all that is good about our school. Students
were joined by members of the Tumut community and a capacity audience of family and friends to honour and
acknowledge what was a triumphant year of learning and achievement at Franklin Public School.
In her address the Principal, recognised students for excellence in academic, sporting and cultural areas as well as
personal growth and maturity. She acknowledged the commitment and dedication of staff to broaden horizons and
provide students with the skills and knowledge to extend their potential. Mrs Stuckey applauded the positive manner
in which parents assisted students achieve personal goals and success in their learning.
Mrs Stuckey stated that Franklin was a school of opportunity where every day was a new opportunity for learning.
She encouraged each student to use these windows of opportunity as stepping-stones to build their future based on
skill, knowledge and strong personal values.
During the presentation parents and guests were entertained by the Infants choir and the newly formed School
Concert Band at the Stage 1 Presentation and Primary Choir who opened the Stage 2-3 Presentation.
