He has extensive experience in the Audit and Advisory Services, Financial Management and Budget Management, stemming from his prior employment in the Audit and Financial Advisory Industry. I am also a holder of a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting with the Oxford Brookes University. I am also studying towards the attainment of a Masters in Business Administration Degree with the University of Zimbabwe. Capable of leading- Participated in the ACCA Zimbabwe Students Panel from October 2010 to February 2014 as the Treasurer. The team successfully promulgated the ACCA Summer School that has now become an annual event. A good organiser- Participated in the Harare Hospital Donations (2012) and the Chitungwiza General Hospital Donations events. These have now become regular events. Prepare monthly project reports (finance and Time) and reconcile the same to the Project Administration Memos. Coordinate the rest of the Project Finance Administrators to prepare monthly reports in the agreed format, check for errors in booking through checklists and file the reports. Handle procurement and logistical requirements for the Mutare office and coordinate with the Logistics Officer for big purchases. Maintain complete and accurate file per project, for the projects staff timesheets & BW time reports (signed) & finance files, project assets. Assist Project staff in budgeting for new proposals and bids. Maintain complete and accurate file per project with LCBs Contract, Manual and Adobe Timesheet, payments & reconciling payment statements to be attached before making payments. Book time for LCBs/Consultants in the respective projects and extract the time from BW before processing payments to the LCBs. Reconcile project bank accounts to project reports and do the necessary funds transfer after preparing internal invoices and billings. Conduct quarterly or frequent audit of asset register and filing. Other tasks that may be delegated to you to handle and report to CFO or FO. Ensuring compliance with SNVs policies and procedures and the various donor regulations. Engaging the SNV USA Office in resolving issues raised by the donor concerning budgets or expenditure.
