White Plains, nY Fifth Street Capital and its investment advisory, fund management and administrative

affiliates have expanded their head-quarters on the 12th floor at Ten Bank St., according to Jeffrey Newman, executive vice president of Malkin Properties, the marketing and man-aging agent for the building.

Fifth Street Capital, which re-located to Ten Bank St. in August of 2009, has added 4,818 s/f to its occupancy, raising its total space size to 18,286 s/f.

“This has been a remarkable pe-

riod of growth for Fifth Street,” said Stacey Horne, the firm’s executive director of investor relations. “Our presence in this distinguished, well located and very well run building has been of great benefit to our employees as well as our brand. The expansion will give us the ability to add talent to our team and continue to meet our growth objectives.”

Creative Touch Physical Therapy and Heart Image have opened their offices at 1 Elm St., Tuckahoe. Posh Nail Salon will open at 27 S. Greeley Ave. in Chap-paqua. Twinkle Toes at 153 Main St. in Mount Kisco, who was represented by Joan Simon of Friedland Realty.
