FPW 2020 Trip Offerings and Information

Sign Up Procedure
Sign up Link:
◦ Will be emailed to your parents with full
instructions ahead of the sign-up dates.
Your parent will need the following information:
◦ Your Full Legal Name
◦ Your Date of Birth
◦ Your Student ID number (find in My BackPack on
your student info page)
◦ Your Altamont Email Address
◦ A Parent Email Address
Sign-ups will be a Ranking System this year
◦ You will need to know your top three preferences
◦ Spots will be awarded on a first come first serve
basis
Dates:
◦ Seniors: February 18th – 19th
◦ Juniors: February 19th – 20th
◦ Sophomores: February 20th-21st
◦ Sign-ups start at 3:30 on the first day and end at 12:30 the
second day
Payment Schedule
First Payment◦ Half of the trip cost
◦ Due: April 1st
◦ Failure to make first payment will result in student being removed from the trip with no guarantees that they will get their next choice
Second Payment
◦ Quarter of the trip cost
◦ Due: May11th
Third/Final Payment
◦ Quarter of the trip cost
◦ Due at Registration on August 19th
Mary Hames Travel Scholarship◦ Gives students the opportunity to go on a more
expensive trip by funding a portion of the trip cost
◦ Only awarded once per student
◦ Application will be due on March 6th
◦ Applicants will be notified on their status on or by March 13th
