Review case for re-referral. We evaluate the family’s situation to advise if a re-referral is recommended. Receive the acceptance or rejection from selected provider. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours. Receive the initial assessment and safety plan from provider. Receive weekly updates, including in-home visit report, from provider.
