FOX Premium Connection Interchangeability Rules

FOX Connections with differing weights are interchangeable within a given OD. When differing weights and or grades are made-up together:
Make-up Torque: o Use the lowest torque for the combination being made-up.
Connection ID o Pin higher weight than coupling Step on pin side of
connection. o Box higher weight than pin Step on box side of connection. o Dimensions per side of the step may be determined with the
rules below. See next page for examples. Connection OD Check coupling ODs (Heavier weights may have
