TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I consider the Certified Hospitality Supervisor (CHS®) as the most prestigious certification

for hospitality supervisors. To my opinion, this certification is indispensable to each and

every hotel employee who is holding a supervisory and/or managerial position. CHS® is

worldwide recognized as the lodging industry's highest acknowledgment of professionalism

for supervisors in the hospitality industry.

I have no hesitation in recommending Ms. Eleftheria Papapetrou as a very competent
