The Forum and .`ts strong network has been functloning since 1990 under the aegis of SCOPE, to promote the growth and clevelopment of women in PSUs, At present eighty-nine Central PSUs and Nationalised Banks are Corporate Life members of WIPS and about 15,000 women employees of PSUs across the country are lncrividual Members. (List of Corporate Life Members is attached as Annexure-I). We are delighted to share with you that the Forum has come a long way and crossed many milestones with the full-fledged support of varlous publ.ic sector enterprises, banks, members and effor(s of all office bearers of WIPS. with 30 years of solid foundation, now the time has come to leverage the vast talent pool of women employees and position them deeper into the mainstream of the organisations. We have great pleasure in announcing the 30th National Meet of the Forum of Women in Public Sec(or

The Forum and .`ts strong network has been functloning since 1990 under the aegis of SCOPE, to promote

the growth and clevelopment of women in PSUs, At present eighty-nine Central PSUs and Nationalised

Banks are Corporate Life members of WIPS and about 15,000 women employees of PSUs across the

country are lncrividual Members. (List of Corporate Life Members is attached as Annexure-I).

This is also to inform that cluring this convention, Na(ional level Best Enterprize & Best Women Employee

shall be awarded:

(i) Best Enterprises Awards will be presented (o the best PSUs / Banks in recognition of theircommendable work done for the development of women in their organizations. There are three broac!er

categories c)i awards a) Maharatna b) Navaratna and c) Miniratna & other companies. The criteria forselection of Best Enterprise Award is attached with this letter vide Annexure` 11.

(11) Best Women Employee will be presented to women employee who has con{ribu{ed to her companyeither in the form of bringing recognition to the organization or in considerable savings to their organization

for the year 2018-19` There are 2 broader award categories (1) Officer/Executive cac!re (2) Staff/Non.officer cadre. You are requested to nominate maximum 2 outstanding women employees, one for eachcategory, from your organization accompanied by a small brief of achievements along with their bio-data

clearly bringing out reasons as "why the company feels the employee is the best". Nominations sent

/authenticated by the corporate office shall only be considered. However, the earlier recipients of {his award

ai-e nc)t elig!ble for nomina{ion again. The criteria for Outstanc!ing Wonian Executive / Nan Executive Award
