1. Introduction

Mineral license 14798M is comprised of 9 mineral claims, located on the former US military base Argentia, covering the Silver Cliff Mine. The objective of this report is to discuss the geological results derived from a field visit made in August 2007.

Yours TrulyJason D. White

August 1st ,2008

2. Property Location and Access

The property is located directly north of the town of Dunnville, on a portion of former United States Military base Argentia, NTS 1N/05 (Figure I) . The northeast corner having the UTM coordinates of 5 243 000 N, 278 000; NAD 27 of zone 22. General access to the property can be obtained from the network of roads established by the US Military, a series of trails in the local area and by water from Placentia Bay, although over 75% of the property must be accessed by foot. (Figure II).

3. CLAIM STATUS

The Argentia property consists of 9 claims in license 14798M, staked in 2004.

capitalization, mineralization and proposed activities. • 1926 – Geological Survey Of Newfoundland, Report of Progress for 1926, produced by Baker, maps current workings and

general geology of the area of the Silver Cliff Mine. – Mineral Grant No. 9, Vol. 1 Fol. 157, issued to the Silver Cliff Mining Company.• 1928 – Mine closes due to lack of working capital, technical problems with equipment and a drop in world lead price.• 1939 – Chute produces a report on the Mineral Deposits of Placentia Bay, detailing geology of, area potential ore veins

and systems in the immediate area of the mine.• 1941 – US and UK Governments sign the American Bases Act, initiating development of the Argentia Military Base.• 1942 – US Government Annexes Broad Cove Head for the Argentia Military Base.• 1948 – US Government Annexes the remainder of the area for the Argentia Military Base.• 1953 – Snelgrove produces Circular No. 04 for the Province of Newfoundland, a report summarizing Chute 1939.• 1955 – McCartney produces a general map of 1N/05, Argentia area.• 1962 – Johnston compiles data on mineral prospects of Newfoundland.• 1965 – McCartney produces report for Geological Survey of Canada of Geology of the Whitbourne area.• 1966 – Geological Survey of Canada produce a Regional Gravity Map. • 1970 – Commodore Mining carried out a Geochemical survey, results unknown. – Geological Survey of Canada produce Aeromagnetic Map• 1971 – Commodore Mining geochemical survey, identifying a geochemical anomaly, values of Pb and Zn >2000 ppm.

And a Gossan Zone on the southern end of the property, in the area of Site Sam.• 1973 – Commodore Mining VLF survey, identifying a target of potential mineralization of economic potential.• 1979 – Dean produces a report for Placer Dome Ltd. on a general reconnaissance of mineral occurrences in the Placentia

development of the area held by the US Government. – Jeffery A. Morgan, studies Vein Hosted Base Metal Deposits of the Avalon Peninsula, including Silver Cliff, as

part of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science (Honors).• 2002 – QUIT CLAIM DEED is given from the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador to the AMA.• 2004 – claims staked by Jason D. White (Author)

5. Regional and Local Geology

The limited site access and bedrock exposure in the Argentia area have played a significant factor in the lack of detailed mapping of the mapping of the area. “Systematic prospecting on the surface of Silver Cliff region would be difficult and expensive because of the heavy growth of timber and the extensive deposit of glacial drift” (Snelgrove,1953).

Original mapping by Verran recorded the area as “Metamorphic Series”, “Hard Compact Porphrey” and “Conglomerate Series”,with the dividing line being a straight line from the lead mineral occurrence in Jerseyside north east to Broad Cove Head (Verran,1857).

McCartney generally had mapped the entire area as the Proterozoic age Bull Arm Group : “Andesitic volcanic flows and breccias with intercalated tuffs, red and green arkose, siltstone, slate, conglomerate; minor rhyolitic flows and breccias.” with a general structure of the region as an anticline with a fold access centered on the property, striking approximately 045 from Coxhill Point to Castle Hill (both ends of the fold access). (McCartney, 1955).

King further built on this work to map the area as follows (King,1988):

Musgravetown Group, Bull Arm Formation

MHBAb Mafic flows; includes minor felsic flows and clastic sedimentary rocks

MHBAt Predominantly crystal and lithic tuffs, commonly reworked

MHBAp Mafic to Felsic varigated flows, and pyroclastic and clastic sedimentary rocks.

6. EXPLORATION PROGRAM The 2007 field visit was intended to examine the river bed of the Broad Cove Brook after the rainstorm which dumped 85 to 150 mm of rain on the area in the span of a few hours in early August 2007.

7. CONCLUSIONS

There was little or no change from the heavy rain in the area between the road to the mine site, but once we had arrived at the river level we were met with a totally stripped stream bed to a height of 1 to 2 m on each bank. Where the riverbed had been previously covered with a tangled mat of thick dead fall timber, there was bear outcrop exposure. Upstream 50 to 100m from the mine we noticed a bank of tailings which had been uncovered; a further 50 to 75m upstream there was a vein system exposed striking parallel to the MacKay vein which had been partially trenched above; another 50 to 100m upstream a large vein was uncovered in the riverbed, the vein had a dip of 70° and a strike of 110° and was 2 to 3 m in width where exposed, location: 277,550 E, 5242,788N +/-20M (note the GPS received a weak signal due to the steep slope of the ravine banks, reading may be up too several hundred m off).

There were a number of occasions where the brook disappeared under till and/or tailings in the river bed, one such place may have been an old dam for the mine, when the brook would reappear above ground there would be a significant smell of sulfur in the water.

8. RECOMMENDATIONS

The following is recommended:

1.) Continue general reconnaissance prospecting. 2.) Trench the area to the south and around the silver Cliff Mine.3.) Conduct a soil survey south east of the mine site.4.) Conduct a drilling program designed to target the area below the Job Shaft, The MacKay vein,

the VLF Anomaly found in the 1970's and the fowler vein systems.
