1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 This report details the location of the fixed noise and vibration monitoring equipment
installed on the Forth Replacement Crossing project.
1.2 The fixed noise and vibration monitoring locations covered in this report are as
follows:
• Principal Contact – refer to Appendix A
• M9 Junction 1 A Contract – refer to Appendix B
1.3 Due to the linear nature of the site and timing of different construction activities,
continuous monitoring is not appropriate on the Fife ITS Contract and therefore
targeted short-term mobile monitoring of specific activities is carried out. Hence,
monitoring locations for the Fife ITS Contact are not included in this report.
