Second assessment was further conducted mid-March to monitor water supply in both IDP camps and Host communities and after that they found that the water supply was not the main issue, but distribution/ harnessing was the problem.

MSF-France said their medical team did 463 outpatient consultations of children under the age 15, over the course 3 days (75% of whom were under the age of 5), targeting mainly the new arrivals at Agri camp area and nearby 20 estate houses.
32% of the children consulted were affected by a water borne disease (diarrhea)
In total, 54% of children were affected by poor WASH condition related disease (including skin desease and conjunctivitis).
MSF-F emphasized that these numbers apply the new arrivals but cannot be applied to the whole of Dikwa IDPs situation.
MSF-France said they will focus on the new arrival area in Dikwa, considering the poor health conditions. A vaccination campaign will start on March 3rd. They talked about the need to consider
