The Province of Ontario is currently under a Liberal gov-ernment headed byPremier Dalton McGuinty. The present

government, first elected in 2003, was reelected on Octo-ber 10 th, 2007. It is affectionately called the McGuintyOn-tarioEnvironmentalTerrorRegime. This regime is thePOLITICAL SHIELD for the EnvironmentalTerrorMovement,and is its LEGISLATIVE INSTRUMENT ofPROHIBITION POLICY. Theactions of this government are viewed as a form ofTERRORagainst the Green Space Industry.

The McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRegime passed legislation implementingacosmetic pesticides ban that took effectApril 22nd, 2009. The require-ments of the prohibition are detailed in Ontario Regulation 63/09 and the

Pesticides Act, which was amended by the Cosmetic Pesticides Ban Act.

Next . . . the implementation ofDESTRUCTIVE program ofFEES and TAXES forALL types of fertilizers. In 2010, the McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRegimeimposed the Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan( M.H.S.W. ) and Harmonized Sales Tax ( H.S.T. ).

Under the NEEDLESS, SENSELESS, and MALICIOUS M.H.S.W. program, thefertilizer companies are being COERCED into paying the entire cost of socalledFERTILIZERWASTE. This cost will then be PASSEDONto the endusers in theGreen Space Industry. Consequently, the Green Space Industry is beingforced to spend even more of its limited financial resources on fertilizers.

M.H.S.W. is NOT a program for protecti ng the environment. M.H.S.W. is aPLOY that ensures money and employment for CoerciveEnviroManiacGovernmentOfficials. With M.H.S.W., these EnviroManiacBasterds haveguaranteed themselves SAFE, SECURE, GUARANTEED, and WELLPAYING EN-VIROTERRORJOBSat the expense of the Green Space Industry . The RAPE,

posed the prohibition of pest control products through theconcoction of FEARMONGERING, FRAUDULENT LIES, MIS-CONCEPTIONS, COERCION, THREATS, DECEPTIONS, TERROR,and PARANOID CONSPIRACIES. The same strategies are nowbeing used AGAINST fertilizers.

There are serious issues with Gerretsen, who has been INDISCREET with hisclose public ties with EnviroManiacActivists, raising the question about theradical interests of the EnviroLobby taking precedence.

In January 2010, the Green Space Industry outlined the LIST OF CHARGESagainst the McGuintyOntarioEnviroTerrorRegime and the Ministry of theEnvironment. Additionally, individual EnviroManiac members of Environ-mentalTerrorOrganizations are also facing FRAUD CHARGES under the Ca-nadian Criminal Code. Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Program Plan ( M.H.S.W. ) specifi-cally targets small businesses, as well as homeowners. M.H.S.W. is an ex-tension of the consumer blue box/municipal hazardous waste collection pro-grams. Moreover, M.H.S.W. imposes DESTRUCTIVE FERTILIZER FEES.

M.H.S.W. IMPOSES DESTRUCTIVE FEES on products such as . . . Aerosols. AntiFreeze. Batteries. Corrosives. Domestic Class Pesticides. Fertilizers.Flammables or Toxic Materials. Oils. Paints. Solvents.

M.H.S.W. IMPOSES DESTRUCTIVE FEESon ALL PACKAGED FERTILIZER PROD-UCTS ( including manure/compost ), in 30kilogrampackages and under,that make aPLANTNUTRIENTCLAIM, whether federallyregistered or not.

M.H.S.W. IMPOSES DESTRUCTIVE FEESon aWIDE number of groups, includ-ing the HATEDGolf Industry.

The CoerciveEnviroManiacGovernmentOff icials wanted to SPECIFICALLYENSURE that the HATED Golf Industry was NOT excepted from this program.

The definition of fertilizeras a potentially special material

Early in its discussions with CoerciveEnviroManiacGovernmentOfficials atStewardship Ontario, special fertilizer was more properly defined as thoseproducts containing herbicides ( i.e. Weed and Feed granular products ),as well as some micronutrients and supplements.

This is NOT the case anymore.

The source of financingof the M.H.S.W. programby the Government of Ontarioand the McGuintyRegime .. .

The BLOATED budget of the Municipal Hazardous or Special Waste Pro-gram Plan ( M.H.S.W. ) is 1.7milliondollars per year, which will be coveredbyan increase in the cost of ferti l izer paid by the endusers.

M.H.S.W. program costs are funded by those industries that produce and usethe materials.

Mr. Gathercole has followed the evolution of ENVIRONMENTALTERRORISM for over a quartercentury. His in-volvement in Environmental Issues reached a fevered pitch in the 1990s, when he orchestrated, with his col-
