On December 3, 2009, some 200 guests gathered in Hong Kong to celebrate and honor the success of Forbes Asia’s 2009 Fabulous 50 companies. Senior executives from thirty-two Fabulous 50 companies were present to receive the awards.

Forbes Asia’s Fabulous 50 companies are the best of Asia Pacific’s biggest listed companies with revenues or market capitalization of at least US$3 billion. Forbes editors picked the group of 50 companies with the best aggregate scores for long-term profitability, sales and earnings growth as well as projected earnings and stock-price gains.

This year’s list of Fabulous 50 companies was published in the October 5, 2009 issue of Forbes Asia.
