Say, you are looking at your home.

There are 2 ways where you can diagnose this home picture.

1. You can quickly diagnose that scenery you see as your home.2. If you are away from your home over a long period of time, say, since the Montessori time, can

you diagnose this scenery you see now as your home? One person is needed now to tell you that what you are seeing is your home now.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THESE 2 SITUATIONS?

1. You can quickly diagnose it. 2. You can not, but another one is needed to get it introduced.

In 1st instance, you have a NAME inside your mind to NAME what you see.

In2nd instance, you have NO NAME inside your mind to NAME what you see.

Look!

1. Seeing is something.

2. Diagnosis is an added thing to SEEING.

AGAIN!

1. SEEING IS THROUGH YOUR EYES.

2. DIAGNOSIS IS THROUGH YOUR MIND.

Conclusion!

If you watch scenery that can be easily diagnosed means, you have an eye involvement & a mind involvement.

In 1st instance, you have EYE & MIND part so that you can easily diagnose the scenery you watch as YOUR HOME.

2. In 2nd instance, you have an EYE part but MIND part is lacking, so that you are unable to diagnose it as your home.

IN THE CASE OF OTHER 5 SENSES, THE MECHANISM BEHIND THIS PHENOMENON IS THE SAME.

Hearing of a sound + mind part involvement sound has a name. E.g. Human sound, Animal sound, etc.

Smelling + mind involvement mind has a name.eg, fragrance of a flower, spoiling smell, etc.

Taste + mind involvement taste has a name. eg, salty taste, bitter taste, etc.

Tactile sensation + mind involvement tactile sensation has a name. eg, sense of opposite sex, sense of a flower, etc.

See!

The things are coming from outside that DO NOT have NAMES. NAMES are embedded in your mind as a result of teaching & preaching you heard from your birth.

EXAMINE THE 1ST PART.

You have,

1. Seeing

2. Hearing

3. Smelling

4. Taste

5. Tactile sensation.

EXAMINE THE 2ND PART.

You have,

1. Naming the seeing

2. Naming the hearing

3. Naming the smelling

4. Naming the taste

5. Naming the sensation.

LOOK, what you actually have is the 1st part & what actually happens when you live in this world is this 1st part only. But naming is an added thing which does NOT exist as it is in this world. BUT IT IS A CREATION OF YOU.

Pay 100% attention,

What you worry in this world is NOT for the 1st part.

What you worry in this world is for the 2nd part or for the NAMES.

Eg; the sound of a CRY is not a problem for us. But if it is your Mother’s CRY, it gets pain to your heart.

This phenomenon is common for all irrespective of the NATIONALITY OR the RELIGION you follow.

You can see this happening in meditation & this phenomenon is called the WISDOM in BUDDHISM.
