HOW TO FULLY ENJOY THE SPA AT THE CRESCENT EXPERIENCE.

When should I arrive?For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest arriving 30 minutesbefore your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax in our lounges,saunas and steam rooms.

What if I am late for my appointment and what is your cancelation policy?Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, as your treatment will endon time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of yourtreatment will be applied regardless of late arrivals. To avoid being charged forscheduled services, you must give 24 hours’ notice. Please call to notify us ofa cancelation. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged in full. A HotelCrescent Court room number or credit card number is required at the time ofbooking.

What should I wear during my treatment?Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the bodyis fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers areprovided. Lockers are available for your personal items.

What about service charges?A 23% service charge has been added to your bill to compensate your Spaprofessional and attendants.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?The Spa welcomes guest 18 years of age and older. Minors may receive salonservices provided they are accompanied by an adult Resort guests must be 16years old to use the Fitness Center. All prices and services are subject tochange without notice.
