The proposed site plan sits on ±16.9 combined industrial acreage located at 30 Conestoga Way, Henderson, Nevada, 89002. The site plan may accommodate 3 buildings totaling ±306,060 combined SF. Each building would offer dock high and grade level loading. There is potential for UPRR rail

access via a ROW at the South West corner of the property.

INTERSTATE 11 (I-11)

Interstate 11 (I-11) is a proposed Interstate Highway, officially designed by the United States Congress in the 2012 for the Surface Transportation Act. The highway as currently proposed, runs from Casa Grande, Arizona, Northwest of Buckeye, Arizona, thence to Kingman, Arizona, and stops in Las Vegas, Nevada. This would provide a direct Interstate link between the Las Vegas and Phoenix metropolitan areas.
