The property shall be sold subject to Special Conditions of Sale, copies of which may be inspected at the Vendors Solicitors office or those of the Auctioneers 7 days prior to the date of sale.

Auction Procedure

The successful purchaser shall be required to pay a 10% deposit immediately after the sale to the vendor’s solicitors.
