Tom Rosman has been brokering investment real estate for 17 years in the Richmond, VA, metro area. He has brought hundreds of transactions to a successful conclusion, including large apartment complexes, apartment buildings in historic neighborhoods, office buildings, retail properties, mixed use buildings, and numerous historic adaptive reuse properties. He has also sold and leased office and retail properties to owner users. Tom also markets properties for clients to sell throughout the country and works with national equity firms and REITS that purchase properties in Virginia. He has a large data base of both sellers and buyers to insure a property will be exposed to a national platform. In addition, Tom has also developed many properties in the Richmond area, primarily through the use of Historic Tax Credit Programs sponsored by the National Park Service and the Virginia Department of Historic Resources. These programs seek to adapt older buildings (50 years or older) into new uses, bringing life back into many neighborhoods long in decline. He is

involved in partnerships that have converted old warehouses, factories, trolley barns, and furniture stores into mixed use multi-family and commercial space. Tom is a graduate of Santa Clara University and resides with his wife and two children in Henrico County.
