Mills Limited ("the Company") for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2018 ("the

Statement") being submitted by the Company pursuant to the requirement of Regulation 33 of the

SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Circular No

ClRICFD/FACIGZI2016 dated July 5. 2016.
