For Personnel requesting leave outside the country (OCONUS) the following is required as a complete package NO LATER THAN 45 days prior to your leave commencement. 1. Copy of Leave request (not original) the original can be continued to be routed through the Chain of command. Upon approval the original needs to be returned to IS2 Novak to complete package. 2. 2x POCs (name, address, phone number (out of country number), relation of the person you are visiting. 3. The name of the person who will be picking you up from the airport in arrival country and their relation to you or person that will joining you during your travel. 4. Copy of Passport if not a citizen of the country you are visiting and a Visa with passport if you are a citizen of the country you are visiting. 5. Copy of flight Itinerary. 6. Copy of certificate for the following NKO courses ( Must be within a year to include ENTIRE Leave dates): AT/FP Level 1 OCONUS Certificate. (CENSECFOR-AT-010- 1.0) JKO COURSE SERE 100 LEVEL-A CODE OF CONDUCT (JKDDC-Level-A- COCT-100.1-v2) SERE 100 LEVEL-B CODE OF CONDUCT (CPD-LEVELB-1.0) In addition to these NKO courses those who are traveling to SOUTHCOM AOR(South America, Mexico, and the Caribbean) Combating Trafficking in Persons (DOD-CTIP-1.0) 7. If you are traveling to multiple countries….you must present a copy of itinerary from the stateside airport to your destination and from destination to stateside airport.* Traveling to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Virgin Islands… you are not required to have a foreign clearance guide but a military ID card and Leave Request is required to validate military status.

Different AOR’s and Countries require different clearances. Your compliance is essential.
