1 Robust frame constructionThrough-going U-profiled longitudinal chassis beams on each side as well as two horizontal chassis beams for a very strong frame construction. Instead, N7-202 ptd and N7-202 pts has an extra longitudinal profile in the drawbar – a drawbar that goes to the back of the trailer.

2 Good and safe driving featuresV-drawbar with reinforcement, independent suspension and rubber spring axle guarantee a good and safe drive.

3 Strong and functional side panelsThe profiled side panels made of first-class hot dip galvanised steelare bent to endure high resistance. Cover tie-down buttons arestandard on the NEPTUN trailers for easy tie-down of either flat or high covers.

4 Easy cargo securingLashing rings in all four corners to secure the cargo. The lashing rings are not fitted in the plywood floor but on the panels. The advantage of this is optimal utilisation of the bed, and the plywood floor does not get damaged by drilling.

5 Protected multi-function tail lightsThe multi-function tail lights are mounted and protected under the tail gate. Thus, the ground connections of the tail lights are protected from moist and verdigris in the best possible way and function for years without any problems.

4 Easy cargo securingLashing rings in all four corners to secure the cargo. The lashing rings are fitted in the plywood floor and the welded frame so that they can secure heavy and important cargo much better.


6 Easy and practical unloadingAll PRO models are with a manual tip which makes the unloading of the cargo easier and more practical for the user. Mount a gas spring and the bed stays up.

1 Extra-large dimensions where all four sides can be dropped down or removedNORDICA is a high-bed trailer with wheels under the platform. This secures a larger dimension than those of other producers. All four sides can be dropped down or removed completely. Thus, NORDICA is ideal for loading pallets and other cargo with a forklift.

2 Protection when loading with a forkliftNORDICA has a strong steel profile in the outer edge of the platform. This steel profile protects the platform when loading with a forklift. Thus, the plywood floor is protected.

3 Removable corner postsThe corner posts on NORDICA are all removable, which makes thetrailer versatile and flexible. If all four sides and the corner posts areremoved, you suddenly have a completely flat trailer for transport oflarge dimension cargo.

4 Strong panels, strong closing systemNORDICA partly has double panels which makes them stronger and more resistant. In addition, NORDICA is equipped with a double closing system at each corner as well. This makes NORDICA to the preferred trailer for the serious or professional user.

5 Good driving features and ideal for transport of long cargoNORDICA is equipped with a long drawbar and together with the extra-large dimension, it is perfect to drive with and easy to see in the side-mirrors. It also makes reversing with NORDICA a children’s game. Due to the total length, the front panel can be dropped down, and the trailer can be used for transporting long cargo.

6 Easy cargo securingNORDICA is equipped with recessed lashing rings in the strong steel profile that protects the platform. That makes the platform completely flat when loading with a forklift, and thus, the lashing rings as well as the floor are protected.

FLEXIBLE AND EASY-TO-USE BOAT TRAILER

1 Carrying boats from 8 to 18 feet longThe NAVY has been specially constructed with an adjustable drawbar which allows it to carry boats between 8 and 18 feet long. This flexibility is much appreciated as boats have various lengths.

2 Easy and handy launching as well as recoveringThe NAVY N7-17 navy has a tipping keel roller at the back which - together with the other rollers -makes it easy to launch and recover the boat as well. The fact that the back keel roller is tipable reduces the force when recovering the boat.

3 Minimal weight when on the trailerAxle as well as all side rolls and keel rolls are adjustable to be fixedfor exactly the boat you want to transport. Add an extra double sideroll on each side at the front, and your boat has the perfect support.

4 Long lifeNAVY is made of first-class hot-dip galvanised steel which makes it last for many years. Furthermore all our NAVY boot trailers are equipped with oil filled hubs. This means easy and trouble-free maintenance.

5 Easy and quick operation of the light panelNAVY has two small handles to be loosened, and within seconds you have dismantled the light panel. The same thing applies when you have to mount the light panel back on.

6 Standard equipmentNAVY comes with standard equipment: Winch, winch post as well as a jockey wheel. Furthermore, NAVY N7-17 navy comes with one tipping keel roll, two fixed keel rolls and two side rolls.

A TRAILER FOR TRANSPORTING MACHINES, CARS AND SNOW SCOOTERS

1 Rigid and durable designHigh durability is guaranteed by hot-dip galvanized fully welded frame and drawbar.

2 RampsStandard accessories include two ramps made of pressed perforated metal sheets for easy loading and off-loading vehicles. The ramps are stored in special slots under the platform, with additional protection from vibration and sliding out.

3 TransportVehicles are transported on rails made of pressed perforated metal sheets. In addition, on single axle trailers, there are convenient steps on both sides of the fender, and the left fender can be tilted for easy access to and egress from the transported vehicle.

4 Easy loading and unloadingThe load platform in car carrier trailers is tilted to enable unloading without unhooking the trailer. The platform is stabilized and protected from tilting during loading and unloading operations with gas struts (on single axle models) and an actuator (on double axle models).

5 Safety and comfortIndependent suspension and AL-KO axles ensure safe and stable driving.

6 Protection of lampsMultifunction lamps are installed inside the rear beam. This makes them protected against damage, moisture and mud. Wiring connections are protected in the best possible way to guarantee maintenance-free operation for years.

7 Standard equipmentStandard equipment of trailers includes a 1100 kg KNOTT winch with a roller for changing the rope direction, wheel wedges, two ramps and a jockey wheel with a clamp. In addition, single axle trailers have stabilizers, and double axle trailers have an actuator with an integrated hydraulic pump for platform tilting.

8 Optional accessories15 mm thick anti-slip plywood floor that enables walking and contains any leakage. Spare wheel mount. Trailer support (700 mm). Pump with an actuator for manual tilting of the platform (single axle models only). AL-KO stabilizer that efficiently eliminates tilting from side to side, swinging and swaying. Shock absorbers to reduce dangerous shocks, improve stability while driving and braking and ensure optimal contact between trailer wheels and road surface.
