What Are Thrillers

The key elements of any thriller novel will be anticipation, suspense, and usually some type of psychological twist. The goal for authors writing within this genre is to keep the reader alert and on the edge of their seats. Though Thrillers and Suspense novels are closely linked, they do have distinct differences. Suspense novels consider the point of view of both the villain and the hero, whereas, thrillers let the reader become a witness to how the story plays out against the protagonist’s profession.
